Team Leader Operational Procurement (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You take care of the functional and line management of the Operational Purchasing team
- You proactively contribute to optimising and digitalising the procurement channels as well as the scheduling and purchasing processes
- You coordinate operational purchasing activities by closely collaborating with our internal interfaces, such as Manufacturing and Sales
- You ensure the timely supply of materials and parts to our company
- You create and maintain planning and master data in our ERP system
- You are in regular consultation with suppliers and are responsible for monitoring delivery dates
- You process orders and handle complaints and change processes independently
Your Skills
- You have several years of professional experience in the purchasing department of a manufacturing company based on successfully completed vocational training or studies
- You have initial leadership experience in the field of purchasing in an industrial environment
- You have a keen interest in process optimisations and like to play a part in proactively shaping your work environment
- You have strong networking and communication skills and like to take a solution-oriented approach
- You are confident in using MS Office applications

Ihre Verantwortung
- Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung für das fünfköpfige Team
- Sie optimieren proaktiv die Dispositions- und Einkaufsprozesse mit stärkerem Fokus auf Digitalisierung
- Sie leiten Projekte zur Steigerung der Effizienz im Einkauf eines stark wachsenden Unternehmens
- Sie koordinieren operative Einkaufsaktivitäten durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Fertigung, Vertrieb und Logistik
- Sie stellen mit Ihrem Team eine termingerechte Material- und Teileversorgung für unser Unternehmen durch regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Lieferanten sicher
- Sie etablieren dispositive Kennzahlen und verantworten deren Zielerreichung
- Sie sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für die Pflege der aktuellen Plan- und Stammdaten in unserem ERP-System
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen auf Basis einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung oder eines Studiums über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf eines Fertigungsunternehmens
- Sie bringen erste Führungserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf in einem industriellen Umfeld mit
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse für Prozessoptimierungen und gestalten Ihr Arbeitsumfeld gerne proaktiv mit
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gehen Themen gerne lösungsorientiert an
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark in Deutsch sowie in Englisch
